“For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become accountable for all of it. For the one who said, “You shall not commit adultery,” also said, “You shall not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery but if you murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. So speak and so act as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty” (James 2:10-12).
When a baby is aborted, God’s wrath is kindled above,
For such is so abhorrent to our Lord who is Life and Love.
Hence His words, “You shall not murder,” and murder, abortion is,
Plus, those babies that are killed are not our babies, but just His.
As well, we all need to realize that each fertilized egg is,
A unique and distinct individual, a child that’s His.
Thus, we’ve no right to take their life, or answerable we'll be
To the Creator of this earth who rules universally.
We are told of the Canaanites, who, according to God’s Word,
Sacrificed babies to Molech and Baal, (whose screams God heard).
Thus, Christians are acting likewise when a baby they abort,
And thereby, with powers of darkness effectively consort.
When the unborn are not sacred in the eyes of humankind,
The retarded, disabled and aged are threatened, I here remind.
Some folk seem to show more concern for the creatures on this earth
Than they do for humans — made in God’s image — who’ve greater worth.
The devil hates godly seed, thus such he’s always sought to kill,
Therefore, abortion is a means by which some his wish fulfil.
For he’ll use any means he can, but isn’t it ironic,
That Christians are aiding Him by slaying the embryonic.
Yes, abortion is rebellion — it snubs God’s authority,
It’s simply foolish humans usurping God’s autonomy.
Yes, it’s demonic in nature, it’s demonic in outcome,
And it’s humanistic folly to which millions now succumb.
How many of these dear babies may well have turned out to be
A preacher, teacher, doctor, statesman -- yes, what a tragedy?
And how many of these babies a major role might have played,
If they had not been aborted because someone that choice made?

“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to Him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that hurry to evil, a lying
witness who testifies falsely, and one who sows discord in a family”
(Prov 6:16-19).
“...do violence to no man…” (Luke 3:14, KJV).
Euthanasia
Though I can understand someone wanting to die — even so,
Regarding euthanasia/suicide, our God says NO!
He hasn’t given us the right to act in such a way,
Thus, those who ignore His will here — with their salvation play.
Yes, we may want to put someone out of their misery,
Or end our own — but doing so is acting unbiblically.
If it’s forbidden — that’s it, unless we choose to rebel,
But that I wouldn’t do, for that’s how Adam and Eve fell.
To accept and legalize euthanasia is folly,
Such opens a Pandora’s box, sets evil on a trolley.
How can we as Christians legalize killing? No, such is wrong,
And obviously, to the realm of darkness must belong.
God considers life sacred, thus, “Thou shalt not kill” is clear,
And applies to “mercy killing”, (as some call it), and those who dare.
It’s not for us to take our life, or ask someone else to,
Nor for us to help another euthanasia pursue.
We can’t turn to the Old Testament either and some right chime,
For way back then, God worked within the framework of that time.
He wants us to act differently than ancient Israel,
At lest where it erred, that is — so, we should let sense prevail.
Yes, let’s not veer off track too, by helping introduce laws
That let doctors take a life, and thereby, open other doors.
Doctors are human — and like us, subject to temptations,
Hence, such power can be abused, despite legal stipulations.
Euthanasia? No, it’s not the way to go.
Doctors act unethically and against their oath via such,
And via such, villains more easily another’s life clutch.
Yes, once such doors are opened, it’s only a matter of time
Before we see abuses, just another form of crime.
Thus, once voluntary euthanasia’s made legal — we see —
Involuntary euthanasia eventually.
Plus, once euthanasia’s made legal, opposition declines,
For what becomes established seems to quieten, one finds.
Euthanasia leads to advances in ktenology,
(That is, the science of killing — and abuse, predictably).
And this, at the expense of treatment and symptom control,
For after all, there’s a divergence -- yes, more than one goal.
You see, the focus shifts somewhat from curing the condition
To killing the individual with the condition.
Thus, research into curing fatal illnesses is threatened, for,
There’re divided loyalties, certain pressures unlike before.

Yes, so much more could be said, therefore, let’s carefully tread.
